It feels like a parody of right wing humor - as in, there's no way conservatives would write something this terrible, and allow it to be released with conservative names attached.
But, no, it's legitimately a conservative attempt at humor, with the same tired jokes they've been saying for decades now.
Also strange that they chose to use All In The Family as its setting, given that show was famously liberal, despite conservative attempts to co-opt him.
So this show is the lowest of low hanging fruit. I'm telling you, if I didn't see the names attached, I'd think it was a small studio making fun of conservatives. But it's not. No way is this becoming a show though, I think the reviews of the pilot are enough to sink it. You KNOW they will say they were too edgy and were canceled.
This is not edgy, it is stale.
