Aiden helps Emily sabotage Conrad's sale of the Hamptons beach estate to a Suadi by pretending the beach section is hopelessly instable, then rekindles their marital fight by showing them the hidden Grayson fortune, stored in gold. Charlotte shows Daniel the fate of his car accident victim, who remains in debt as the Grayson lawyers tricked her into accepting hospital costs without rehab, and when he settles that has her fired from the bakery.—KGF Vissers

- Open with Emily getting up from bed in the morning with Daniel and going to Nolan's place. She's alarmed to find Patrick leaving but he tells her about their new relationship. She doesn't seem to like the development.
Charlie asks Jack about his son still being out of town with family. Jack says he won't be back until after Emily and Daniel's wedding. She tells him about her "reconciliation" with Conrad, saying it was to help him.
Jack calls Emily to tell her about Charlie's revelation. She tells him it was Patrick who tried to kill Conrad. He's mad at her for not keeping him in the loop about more things.
During brunch Charlie invites Patrick to an event. Victoria takes him aside and tells him to wait for her at the gallery. Victoria sits down with Charlie, Emily and Daniel and talks about the upcoming wedding. Emily tells her the wedding is "full speed ahead" and they're planning a family honeymoon. Conrad joins the table and tells them he's hired a real estate specialist named Morgan and Grayson Manor has been sold. Victoria is furious and leaves the table.
Emily tells Aiden they need the Grayson to stay in their home for three more weeks, as her plan depends on them being there. She thinks their only option is to "take down the house itself."
At the gallery Victoria tells Patrick about the estate. She vows to be free of Conrad and wants to put the gallery in his name so he can't get his hands on it. She then tells him she knows he was the one who tried to kill Conrad. She tells him she'll always cherish the act.
Daniel walks into a bakery and runs into Sarah (the woman he hit in his DUI). He's shocked to learn that his parents didn't take care of her financial in the way he thought. Sarah's mad she read she was nothing more than a "problem" for him to overcome.
Emily goes to Southampton city hall and replaces a file with one from her purse.
Patrick checks in on Nolan, who hasn't been returning his calls. Nolan says that their shared relationships are making it difficulty for the relationship to continue. Patrick says he doesn't want anyone to stand in their way and Nolan agrees.
Daniel talks to Charlie about Sarah and how guilty he feels. He thinks he owes her more and says he's going to go dig up the legal settlement. He leaves and Charlie calls Sarah's employer to report her being rude.
Morgan hits on Conrad pretty blatantly but he turns her down.
Victoria tells Aiden that as long as he keeps Patrick's secret he'll always have a place with her. She wants him to help her "send Emily packing."
While Daniel looks through the settlement case with Sarah Emily calls him to say they've having foundation issues. We see Aiden go to work with a sledgehammer. They talk about how close they are and kiss.
Nolan stops by Jack's place. They start talking about Emily screwing with their lives and Nolan drops the bomb about her real identity.
Emily tells Morgan about the foundation issues with her home. She says there is beach erosion underneath and it's a major issue on that side of the island. She makes it sound hopeless.
Jack asks Nolan how long he's known. Nolan tells him about the promise he made to Amanda's father. Nolan says he was defending the truth and Jack tells him they're still friends. He mentions that Patrick doesn't know about Charlie taking the blame and asks if Nolan is certain Patrick will never hurt anyone else. Jack says he'll "take care of" helping him get rid of Patrick.
Charlie goes to see Sarah, who is now even angrier with Daniel after being fired. But she admits for a second her heart "skipped a beat" when she saw Daniel. Charlie offers her a job.
Aiden tells Victoria to rush home so she can be there for a meeting with Conrad and Morgan. Morgan walks in with the file Emily planted, a bogus survey of the beach. She says nobody will touch the property at this point. Victoria tells Conrad she's moving out.
Emily tells Aiden they need to find a way to get Victoria back in the house.
Jack tells Conrad he wants a cease-fire after telling him a significant piece of news.
Daniel talks to Charlie at a party at the bar. She shows him that she's hired Sarah to work in the kitchen. He tells her he's learned their parents' lawyers screwed her over, finding a way to not pay for her rehab.
Nolan tells Emily that he gave Jack his blessing to tell Conrad about Patrick. She's pissed, even more so when he says he told Jack about her real identity. Nolan is tired of what's been happening to him.
Aiden brings Victoria to a room filled with gold. He tells her it's the "missing Grayson fortune."
Victoria rushes to Conrad and confronts him about the gold. He tells her knows nothing about it and she responds that she's not leaving him now. He shows her the knife Patrick used to sabotage his car and challenge her about getting Charlie to lie for Patrick. Conrad says he's already working on tucking Patrick away "forever."
Daniel tells Sarah he saw the settlement and is finally aware of what happened to her. He says he wants to earn her forgiveness and asks for the opportunity to try.
Emily and Aiden talk about the difficulty with where they are right now. He assures her it will all be over soon.
Victoria goes to Patrick and begs her to leave. She promises she'll bring him back when the time is right.
Emily apologizes to Nolan and Jack. She says she doesn't want anything left unsaid and that she'll need to disappear when everything is over. She tells them she wants to them "everything," including her plan to pin the murder of Emily Thorne on Victoria.
