The Ninja, reeling from the loss of Kai, intensify their training with renewed vigor. Lloyd, haunted by visions of Kai and Bonzle in Netherspace, pushes the team harder. During a search for Arin's parents, the team stumbles upon a baby dragon, igniting a new mission. Ras contacts his master, revealing a new plan to dominate the Tournament of Sources by framing the Ninja, accusing them of plotting to misuse the Source Dragons' energy for evil.
