Fred Jones rapes Caillou off-screen.

Caillou gets startled by his alarm clock and falls out of bed, causing him to pull a rope that drops a rotating chainsaw onto him. The chainsaw cuts him very badly and gives him lots of red scratches on his face, and his eye is even shown bandaged after he throws the chainsaw off his body. (Most of the violence is censored, but blood can be seen before he gets rid of the chainsaw).

Boris graphically smashes Caillou's birthday cake by stomping on it.

Boris mentions that Caillou once killed the Easter Bunny.

Boris mentions that Caillou laid a terrorist attack on the PBS headquarters by shooting everywhere.

Rosie mentions that Caillou pushed her down the stairs, ripped her teddy bear to shreds, and drove her to commit suicide.

Principal Clementine mentions that Caillou, Dora, and Little Bill destroyed the school by shooting missiles at it.

Mrs. Martin mentions that Caillou once crashed a motorcycle into her classroom.

Leo mentions that Caillou beat up and fought him at recess.

Boris gives Caillou a death threat if he does not open his presents. He even pulls out a revolver to shoot him in case he disobeys.

Caillou points to the place he threw the chainsaw earlier, showing that it has damaged the wall.

Several uses of profane words that are censored. Some words like "crap", "damn", and "asshole", however, are not censored.

Boris calls Caillou a "POS" (short for "piece of shit").

Doris mentions that Caillou once made a racist Mother's Day card for her.

Leo mentions that Caillou once got detention for saying "nigger" in Clementine's face.

Sarah mentions that Caillou keeps bullying her because she is different. This implies that he may have said racist things to her.

Principal Clementine mentions that Caillou and Dora smoked cigarettes in the school bathrooms.

Mrs. Martin describes Chuck E. Cheese as "too addictive" for Caillou.

Caillou accuses the digital version of Mrs. Martin to be high on drugs, and she retaliates.

Mrs. Martin mentions that Caillou copyrighted a Mario Kart game for the Wii. This may encourage parents to monitor their kids' activity with video games, as it is illegal to copyright a game.

Some viewers may be offended by characters saying that Caillou does not deserve a birthday.

Some viewers may be shocked or offended by Caillou's parents restricting the programs that he is allowed to watch purely to ones that he hates and likewise restricting him to only play games that he hates.

Caillou screams very loudly when Boris pushes him down the stairs with the spiked pits on them.

Boris deletes System 32 on Caillou's computer and all of the data on his cell phone. Caillou's computer is later shown with the blue screen of death. (This process is known as a factory reset, and it may concern parents with kids who frequently use a computer and/or cell phone. There is even a warning on-screen to not try this at home.)

The digital version of Mrs. Martin disappears, then reappears without eyeballs and yells directly at Caillou while making the computer vibrate.

Dora and Little Bill's parents all yell very loudly.

Boris forces Caillou to eat a black, burnt cake made entirely out of dirt.

Boris locks Caillou inside his bedroom after it has been filled with poop.
