Amaro states that there are no security cameras in the lobby or elevators. Cragen says, "Really? Even after what happened last time?" indicating that she lives in the same building as before and that there were no cameras the last time the victim was assaulted. However, video footage from the elevator was viewed by detectives during the previous case.

-CORRECTION*** Cragen saying "Even after what happened last time" doesn't necessarily mean she lives in the SAME apartment, just that he's surprised she would move to a building with less security. Her apartment is clearly a different layout than the one previously.
