Neville and team investigate the death of British barrister Cora Blyth, who was killed travelling down a single from in a lift at her hotel. The paperwork piles up, Selwyn brings in a familiar face to help out.
I thought quite highly of this one, we've had countless locked room mysteries, I can't think of many travelling lift whodunnits. Let's be honest, we all knew what was coming, but it was thoroughly entertaining.
Once again, it's a fairly small pool of suspects, not particularly hard to work out who the guilty party is, all about 'that' alibi.
It's turning into Doctor Who, calling on its back catalogue of familiar faces to help out when needed, Dwayne's reappearance was a poorly kept secret, and he stepped straight back in, comedy falls an' all.
It's funny how we all see different things, I was going to comment, saying how good John Gordon Sinclair was looking, not looking his 62 years.
One of the best from this series, a fine episode.
8/10.
