Inci, the apple of her family's eye, is studying with a scholarship at a private high school that is very difficult to get into. When Seher becomes worried about Inci's health, she takes a risk and creates bigger trouble for them and realizes that they cannot carry this burden alone anymore. With the answers she gets from Inci, she knocks on the door of someone else who she thinks should bear the responsibility.

Exactly 7 years pass. What has happened in those 7 years... Despite everything, Inci managed to become a doctor and reunited with her Masal. She did not have to accomplish all this alone. She had the help of someone who was a very good father to her Masal. Although this helper angel is not the person of Inci's dreams, they live a happy life. But a new surprise awaits Inci. One cannot escape from one's past. Fate forces Inci to face her past again, and unfortunately, not everyone has the strength to overcome the burden of the past. So who will be the one to be crushed under this burden this time?

Learning that Masal is his daughter, Mert confronts Inci again. Although Inci is angry with Mert, she is confused when she sees him. For Mustafa, who is a very good father to Masal, Inci and his daughter are everything to him. Mustafa, who is also afraid of losing Inci, meets Mert at the hospital. As the two look at each other like enemies, Mustafa wants to talk to Mert in a quiet place. Later, Mustafa returns home and apologizes to Inci with regret.
