The game is original and it has its fun moments, but that only if you happen to meet other players, and only if they do not murder you as soon as they lay eyes on you. There's nothing fun in staying inside a house for 30 minutes while waiting for the rain to stop, only because if you get wet you get cold, and if you get cold you get hungry and sick, and if you do not work on that you die. Same goes for zombies, they attack you, you start to bleed, get infected and die. Too much realism ruins the fun, and this is one of the most realistic videogames. It is a zombie game that tries so hard to be realistic, see the contradiction? The game is 54.99 on PS4. It's a 10+ year old game! Why is it so expensive? It doesn't even include the 2 new maps, for those you have to pay extra! Oh and you are also required Ps Plus to play the game in the first place because you cannot play it offline, despite most of the servers being empty. Just cut the price in half or let this game die, you're beating a dead horse!

Choose who you decide to trust in this gritty, realistic zombie infested world, as you scavenge for supplies watch out for your thirst and hunger as these can slowly kill you. Play with friends and build bases, host radio shows, fight traitors and so much more in this enormous map. The encounters in this game are unmatched with any other, some people are nice and some aren't, you have to make that decision yourself. There is a lot on the line here, as when you die, you must start over with only a fruit, rags and a glow stick. See you in Chernarus, survivor.

The most realistic apocalyptic outbreak game I've ever played. You can literally do whatever you want and surviving is hard. When you die, you lose everything and have to start over.

Ever had your fight or flight senses sparked in real life just by seeing another player? It's awesome.

I've been playing daily since it released in 2019 for the PS4. I don't even think of playing anything else anymore.

There is some glitchiness but it's easy to look past that for the atmosphere and immersion of the game.
