This is just the kind of dumbed down presentation that ensures that the viewing public remain ignorant and ill educated. Using rehashed footage from quality natural history programs, mixed with "happy" music and nursery school language, this show manages to give the impression of being educational whilst imparting the minimum of facts; pups, cubs, chicks and calves all become "babies" whilst bulls, cows, dogs, bitches, and adults of all species become mum and dad. For example, one scene shows polar bear cubs struggling to walk on a steep slope; at least that what we are told in the original program; but this "factual light" describes them as playing in the snow to the sound of a comical score. Sir David - please don't watch, it will break your heart.
