I was 4 years old when I saw this
I don't have anything negative to say about Psalty.
I didn't need therapy but instead I watched these Psalty VHS tapes over and over.
Then years later I rewatched these videos on You Tube and then it was then decided to be baptized.
These movies made praising Jesus fun and I saw God as someone loving and approachable.
This was a precious time in my childhood so whenever I watch Psalty I am reminded of that innocent child that loved God and his son Jesus.
Oh by the way one of reviewers may have been a quite but confused which movie this is.
There was no attic, there was risky rat, who actually a representation of the devil.
However Risky Rat does appear in a earlier movie called Praise 4.
It's only in this movie that he has a actual sense of humor.
Yes I was mildly creeped out by that Rat but he made me laugh.
Whenever I was scared or creeped out as a child it just made me love it more.
I mean who doesn't like a creepy villain?
I think what's creepy and scary may depend on the child and depending on how that parent views as suitable for that child.
All I see is kids having fun.
