Lucas receives an iPad from an unknown contact at a diner and this contact asks him to confirm his identity by putting his thumb on the iPad's front camera, which is followed by the application actually scanning his fingerprint into a legal document. This is impossible since iPad's front camera is not capable of scanning such a detailed image based on a 3-dimensional surface as fingertips have. The actual result of this action would be nothing at all or a full-black picture.
When Rachel is at the call center, she clicks on her screen the "Current location" link and it is revealed that she is at Joppa, MD. Just nearby her "current location" she finds the Lynchburg Children's Hospital where her mother appears to work for. Later, she meets Doug Stamper at her apartment which indicates that she's actually living at Washington D.C. or at least in one of its suburbs. All these facts seems to be impossible to happen simultaneously in reality since Joppa and Lynchburg are separated by about 240 miles of distance and, also, D.C. is 60 miles away from Joppa. Even if Rachel would be able to travel 60 miles every day to go to work, it seems barely possible for her to travel this distance in a urban bus, as it is revealed later in this episode.
