It's actually quite nice to see the three Braxtons working together like a crimefighting team, although actually there's not very much focus on that.There's not very much focus on Ricky and Tamara either and Tamara doesn't know much more by the end of the episode.
There's actually more screen time for the other characters, with Indi successfully playing matchmaker between Jett and Nina and Jett unsuccessfully trying to repair the friendship between John and Marilyn. It's decent character work, with Indi letting her experience with Romeo aid her in Jett's feelings for Gina and looking for a happy ending for someone.
