There's some progression on the Adam front with Tamara finding out he's behind things, although as we've never seen them interact before and she doesn't seem particularly surprised he's alive it falls a bit flat. Brax and Kyle get to work together and it's interesting that Casey and Kyle seem to empathise with each other better than Brax does.
There's some great comedy with Alf and Harvey helping Indi out at the gym.Harvey works best when being played for laughs and Samara Weaving gets a chance to show off her comic timing again, while it's good to see Alf as the wise old mentor.April and Dexter's storyline at the hospital is as irritating as usual, although surprisingly it's Dexter who grates the most as he keeps overcompensating and undermining April.
