- A woman is briefly shown nude from behind. Bare butt and side of breast visible. Master Chief is shown nude as well. Bare chest and buttocks shown.
- Rear ends are occasionally shown in a non sexual manner.

- Although blood and gore are not lingered on, there are some gruesome scenes. Human bodies are blown up with plasma pistols and a few instances of dismembered bodies.
- Kids are shown being killed, it is in brief flashes but still shocking.
- Limbs and torsos are blown off with blood splatter. An alien has its face quickly melted by a plasma shot. There's a brief shot of a woman being cut in half by a sword. Civilians, including children, are shown being killed offscreen.
- Far more gory, bloody and violent than the games
- A group of hooded prisoners are lined up and shot in the head, one by one.
- The bloody violence is infrequent and brief there's also brief instances of heads exploding. Never lingered on.

Sex & Nudity
- In one scene, Master chief and Makee kiss which lead to sex and more kissing. No male or female nudity is shown only the back of Master Chief and Makee and touching and kisses.
- Master Chief sleeps with Makee. This isn't very graphic, no nudity or movement shown just heavily implied.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The Flood is introduced at the end of season 2. This is a parasitic, zombie-adjacent spore that infects human hosts and controls their bodies. This involves spores crawling into human ears, mouths, eyes etc. The human hosts begin to decay and contort then violently attack each other. Lots of blood and mutilation. Very graphic.
