From 19:05 -Beth's voice goes from being muffled by the gas-mask back to being normal.
Zamani is an Arabic name, not Serbian.
Orthodox Christians may have tattoos.
At the end, when agent Keen goes through the passports of her husband, there are several errors with the documents:
1.) The second passport is a Swiss passport on the outside, but identifies the owner as of German nationality (inkl. matching country code "D"). Someone probably cut the scenes together in the wrong order, because there also is a Swiss passport on the name: "David Baltis", right after the Ukrainian one.
2.) The Ukrainian one is on the name of: "Lucas Ponald", though the Cyrillic letters clearly read "Lucas Ronald". In all other occurrences on that same passport the letter is transcribed correctly as "R". Also the country code reads "D", which would be Germany, but should be UKR for Ukraine and the letter code for sex is only given in Romanic letters "M", but not Cyrillic.
The French pp. is shown again as second to last (again wrong cutting?). The red pp. after that reads "Deutschland" and "Reisepass" ("Germany" and "Passport"), but the coat of arms seems totally wrong and is definitely not German. That coat of arms is also wrong on the inside, that was shown before. The German eagle has it's feathers pointed downwards, not upwards. Maybe they used a Polish eagle for the graphics.
Further obvious spelling errors and missing diacritics: "Bundersrepublik" instead of "Bundesrepublik", "Europaische Union" instead of "Europäische Union", "Union europeene" instead of "Union européenne", "Republique francaise" instead of "République française", etc.
Finally: All passports lack the owner's signature, identification of the issuing authority and a properly integrated photo. Fake passports presented in later episodes seem to be much better in this regards, which could actually support Tom's claim, that he's being set up.

The identification that appears on the FBI computer in the pre-credit sequence shows apparently candid photos of Reddington with a shock of uncombed hair. A photo in this place would be chosen to give an agent a quick basis for identification. Since Reddington was an admiral before his disappearance, the government would have many official portrait images available. One of these would work much better for identification purposes.
When the subordinate officer salutes the General, the General does not return his subordinate's salute and orders "At ease!" This is not drill protocol.
The order of at ease may only be given from parade rest.
Informally at ease is OFTEN said rather than shut-up or be quiet.
When Liz stabs Red in the neck you can see the blood pack/pad between her hand and his neck.
When asked by her husband if he should choose the Zoo or the Aerospace Museum for a field trip, Lizzie says, "the Zoo is gender-neutral" and he chooses the Zoo. An American woman of her age would know that there is nothing gender-specific about science and would likely be fighting for girls to be exposed to as much science as possible in order to promote equality.
When Liz is comforting Beth at the zoo while the bomb is being disarmed, it is shown that Liz has a zoo stamp on her left hand. Since she entered the zoo by showing her FBI badge, she would not have got a stamp, and she certainly wouldn't have waited even a couple of seconds for one.
Unless DC was full of high-end RFID readers spaced every 500 feet or so there would be no way to track the chip in Red's arm. Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) has a very limited range and does not operate as shown.
The FBI's surveillance camera in Red's suite would have shown Liz attempting to commit murder yet it is never mentioned.
Ressler shoots an unarmed man who then falls to his death. This is murder and is never mentioned.
When Red is kneeling on the floor of the lobby, the armed officers aiming handguns are stood opposite each other, inviting injury should a bullet pass through Red.
Liz is an armed federal agent, as seen when she fired on the gun thugs attacking the SUV she was in. Yet when she gets home, she ignores this fact and allows the mastermind gun thug to escape. She could have pulled and ganked him as he was escaping, since he never disarmed her.
When Liz sees Beth taken away by boat, she just watches, when she should be on the phone or radio calling for backup from river police, local police, etc.
