- One line of dialogue is an obvious anal sex joke: "Stay away from my butt...this isn't prison."
- There are some innuendos in this game, such as signs: "Master Bait and Tackle", "Spooning", and "Strip-a-Grams".

- Players can fall when they fail from the tricks, but however no blood is shown at all. Players can bail from high places in different positions such as cannonball, judo kick, spread eagle, and straight. The way players bail is meant for laughs and is very comical, but if the "Hall of Meat" mode is on, you can hear bone crunching sounds when players bail or get hurt. But still, no blood is shown. (However after players fall or bail bruises and scratches can be seen on their faces and body.)
- Players can hit other pedestrians and skaters. It is meant for laughs, and no blood is shown however, some pedestrians will yell out the word "ass" after being hit. Players can also get hit by cars, but no blood is shown.
