Carlos Hernandez makes good use of the juxtaposition of shots by accompanying them with the inmates' narration, generating a narrative that is both powerful due to its context and also cinematically speaking.

He highlights the decision of the typography and the design of credits that simulate the engravings that are usually captured in the cells by the prisoners themselves.

Added to the above, the use of black and white is also part of the decisions that were made to get the most out of the work despite its length. This use of binary color enriches by also creating a meaning that, although it may well be subjective, is still contributing.

Even though it is a short film, it is perfectly understood and the intentions that were had when telling this story are perfectly condensed, which may be typical of many other people today locked up due to the various misfortunes that they committed, were committed to them, and that cause this tangle of thoughts in his psyche in which there is also... remorse.
