The narrative exhibits a sense of incompleteness, with a somewhat sluggish pace in its initial half, yet it manages to pique one's interest in the latter half. The second half introduces a mixture of unexpected and anticipated plot twists, culminating in a fantastic last 20 minutes.

While the film's conclusion is commendable, it is not without a few perplexing logical inconsistencies that leave certain aspects unexplained. It leaves room for the possibility of a third installment that might offer some clarification.

The director's approach remains somewhat amateurish, detracting from the overall quality of the production. Satyam Rajesh's beard appears contrived, though his acting performance shines. Kamakshi delivers an excellent performance, although her dubbing leaves something to be desired.

The remaining cast members deliver solid performances. However, the art direction is lacking, and the sets fail to impress, despite the favorable locations. Costuming is well-executed, but makeup falls short in some scenes.

Cinematography, an improvement over the first instalment, enhances the visual experience. The music is satisfactory, with the pre-climax song being a standout.

In conclusion, the sequel is worth watching, albeit with certain reservations.

ramakanthdesani9 November 2023
An enthralling concoction of black magic, enigmatic twists, and profound messages. It is imperative to immerse oneself in the inaugural film prior to delving into its sequel. The film boasts a raw and earthy ambiance, ensuring viewers remain riveted with its masterful screenplay. The director triumphs in capturing undivided attention, skillfully inducing a rush of dopamine with each cleverly orchestrated turn in the narrative. The on-screen presence and compelling performances by Satyam Rajesh and Getup Seenu are impeccably harnessed. Indulge in this dark, suspense-laden cerebral odyssey that promises to keep your grey cells buzzing with anticipation.

Simply awesome

One of the best thriller plot every watched in recent times. Wasnt sure the second part is going to do this good but it exceeded my expectations. Especially twists showcased could not be guessed by any normal movie watcher. Whilt the first part introduces the story with gripping climax that both komari and kavita arent dead, the second part made sure that all assumptions or opinions that were established previously had a flip side. Few short comings in some parts of the movie could have been showcased better but rest assured this is a feast for thriller-lovers.

Would love to watch in theaters again!

Warning: Spoilers
Great movie plot, close to real life experiences.

If you can guess what will happens in NEXT 10mins in the movie you will be the real hero of it 🤣🤣🤣

Story, Screenplay, Dialogues and Direction

By

Anil Viswanadh

Director Anil Viswanadh has unique style in making, it is as real as real life. Also very very engaging at same time. Anil screenplay is a strong magnet for anybody's attention. With his storytelling audience can feel virtual seat belts attached to their seats in theatres.

A first time director can do such a gripping movie imagine his 3rd or 4th movie will be I will leave it to your imagination.

AVCU (Anil Viswanadh Cinematic Universe) now the show begins.

In Part1 there are three or four, 18+ scenes (2 second scenes) in first half of it, After that it clean enough and actual plot is established. Part2 has only one scene like that Part2 is super clean

no horror anywhere, it's a thriller plot basically.

(spoilers alert for below comment on read if you have watched part2)

This movie(part2) is not about treasure or money, has a beautiful meaning saying the importance of education.

That's the reason it was given a very important place in the movies climax's.

Children of People who does black magic are not allowed to study in schools that's the reason they may end up learning black magic again to make a living out of it.

What I like about this movie in one sentence.

" Education should be given to all "

Otherwise there is no difference between mature people in the society to immature. Komari character is immature he thinks he can do anything to distribute treasure to the village people, even he is ready to kill his own people he loved.

The story has potential of PAN india movie may be make part1 and part2 into one movie and make it in four languages. ( Hindi, Kanada, Tamil and Malayalam). Once this is released make part3 in all languages again?

Joyride with suspension of disbelief!

Maa Oori Polimera 2 would become a cult cinema. It will leave you spellbound. The film's narrative is not just tight; it's an intricate web of storytelling that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Blink, and you might miss a plot twist! The pacing is racy and intense; it feels like a relentless thrill ride, with every moment brimming with intrigue and excitement. Since the movie is rooted in black magic and witchcraft, viewers are better served when they suspend their disbelief while the story unfolds and enjoy the ride! After all, there is no logic to black magic!

One of the standout features of this film is how the characters cahnge their shades. They respond to the context they operate, which the viewer can easily relate. You'll find yourself emotionally invested in their journey, which is an evidence of the effective storytelling.

Dr. Anil Viswanath, the director, has shown remarkable craftsmanship in his work. He weaves a tapestry of visuals and emotions. Dr. Anil Viswanath is undoubtedly a director to watch out for.

The technical aspects aspects of the film - the Director of Photography (DOP) in this film deserves special mention. His keen eye for composition and lighting plays a pivotal role in creating the movie's atmosphere. The visuals are stunning, and every frame, particularly during the scenes of witchcraft is an improbable work of art.

The background musical score by Gyaani is haunting lingers in your mind long after the credits roll. It is a bundle of emotions that elevates the film. The music is more than just a backdrop; it's a character in itself. It intensified the drama, underlined the suspense, and tugs at your heartstrings in all the right places. The song sung by Penchal Das is a welcome addition and provides a welcome relief from hectic activity of the film.

I liked the editing of this film. The seamless transitions and well-paced sequences keep you engaged throughout. It's evident that a meticulous hand was at work here, ensuring that the story flows smoothly, and the twists and turns are perfectly timed.

The cast deserves an applause for their credible performances. Each actor embodies their character to perfection and goes beyond expectations. The lead actors, Satyam Rajesh as Komiri and Kamakshi Bhaskarla as Lakshmi, deliver standout performances that leave a lasting impact. Some of Lakshmi's dialogues are loaded and were penned well! Their portrayals are not just convincing; they are compelling and emotionally resonant as well.

The other cast members deserve recognition for their contributions. Baladitya as an upright police officer, Sahiti Dasari, Getup Sreenu, and Rakendu Mouli as a new Sub-inspector, have all delivered appropriate that are expected of the roles they played.

This movie is a cool cinematic experience. Expect the unexpected, as this film defies conventional storytelling and takes you on an unforgettable journey. It's not just a movie; it's an adventure that will keep you guessing and thoroughly entertained from start to finish.
