On Sunday, September 17, 2023, at 8:00 Pm, Discovery will air Season 1, Episode 8 of “Naked and Afraid: Castaways” titled “Brawl Out.” In this episode, the remaining castaways face a challenging mission to secure their rescue.

To be saved from their remote island, they must embark on a perilous hike across sharp, volcanic rocks and crumbling cliffs. Their survival skills are put to the test as they work together to build a large signal fire and construct a raft using driftwood and debris.

However, tensions rise as an explosive fight erupts between castaways Na’im and Patrick, jeopardizing their chances of extraction.

Discovery Channel’s set an October 15, 2023 premiere date for season 16 of the gritty survival series Naked and Afraid. New episodes will air on Sundays at 8pm Et/Pt.

Recently, the Naked and Afraid franchise expanded to include Naked and Afraid: Castaways featuring survivalists attempting to make it without any supplies other than what they can scavenge from wreckage on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean. The franchise also introduced Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing, a twist on the format that pit 12 N&a all-stars against each other in a 45-day competition with a $100,000 grand prize at stake.

Naked and Afraid: Solo was introduced in February 2023 and featured eight former Naked and Afraid survivalists who were challenged to spend 21 days naked, afraid, and completely on their own.
