Rina Reyes is a former actress in the 90s and the granddaughter of Paraluman, a star in the 40s. Her greatest challenge came when her husband, Ian Reyes, died of lung cancer and had to support her children as a single parent. Lariza Garcia-Tangalin is a street vendor who has five artistically inclined children.
