Bravo 👏

I was surprised to see this was only an hour long, so I was very pleased to see how focused the presentation was. Certain important topics were touched up on, but did not go down any rabbit hole. It remained on course and on what's important.

Facts are facts and they can be spewed out until all humanity is lost and the message becomes unclear.

This documentary, thankfully, does not do that.

This isn't about anything else but one man who put himself on the line, to do the right thing, for another human being.

In an increasingly divisive and extreme culture...It is a balm for my soul to see that it's simply about maintaining our humanity. Nothing else is more important.

Bravo.

How Can I Give a Rating ?

I don't understand how i can rate a Real Life story? It's happened, am i rating Joe? The story? Or some bits that don't make sense?

Ok I will go on the bits I found confusing Why on earth did Joe have to use his own SUV? I can't believe the FBI could not get a SUV fix it with better hidden cameras then Joe had? I mean this was 9 years ago not the 80s. What about fibre cameras, hide it in the lights behind the dash?

And after they spent ages on talking about how they were going to kill Warren, Joe just goes and kills him and then shows one photo. Surely Moran who was so happy would want to know how it happened, where, why Joe done it without contacting them?

And why when the FBI gave Joe that photo, did he not ask for the background info in-case Moran or Driver, Newcomb did ask questions?

Joe Moore was a Special person, there are some Good people in this world, but many many Bad people who hide themselves. Only if we could see what happens behind a person's eyes.

Outstanding.

Surprised by how riveting and well made this doc is...sad and scary for our country this hate exists but glad for people like the informant.

Solid depth of characters and experts, good history and bigger picture information on the Klan and North Florida, and absolutely gut-wrenching audio and video of the murder plot. Nice filming overall.

I was worried George S would be all over it but he does a good job staying out of the way.

My heart was racing at some points, but there is a surprise ending, I will leave it at that.

Can't help but worry about the informant and his family but they do address that, and glad they told the victim's story as too often that is ignored.

Highly recommend the watch.

Quite boring and some things seem a bit off

Warning: Spoilers
So i had this on my watch list for a while and finally got round to watching it today and certain things just dont seem to fully add up.

First off. Joe moore looks like.actor kevin james which is really off putting when trying to watch a serious subject but also in regards to that comes the first of a few issues i have with the film.

We are told how dangerous the clan is during the film and how much they want him dead and how he is still at risk.

Then all through the film he is showing his face not having it disguised but showing his kevin james lookalike face. Fair enough but then it shows his wife's face his kids faces and the house he lives in from the front back and inside. The claim the KKK contacted him and told him they know where he lives does not explain having is families face in the film.

There are 3 possibilities why he lets his family and his house in the film.

1. he is an idiot 2. He has a automated heavy machinegun mounted in both his house and car designed to automatically shoot KKK members 3. The guys he arrested were not dangerous and the story was very hyped up All in all unlike most documentaries its mainly joe moore talking and whilst he maybe a great FBI agent he is not a great speaker i just found him to be very boring. I guess the film was just made badly.
