A BLU Heavy is sitting in a dark portajohn browsing memes on his phone until he discovers that big anime titties and asses are hidden in Area 51. He promptly joins forces with the RED Heavy to acquire their booty... and defeat anyone that tries to stop them.

A BLU Heavy is sitting in a dark portajohn browsing memes on his phone. He sees an image saying "BIG ANIME TIDDIES AND ASSES ARE IN AREA 51", then sends a message stating "Gotcha, moving out ASAP". The BLU Heavy says "My Mind tells me: NOOO, but my body, my body tell me YES" and removes his shades momentarily. He then vacates the portajohn in a Shrek-like fashion and turns to his right, seeing the entrance to Area 51 a short distance away. A guard sees him and is worried. A summon sign from Dark Souls appears next to the BLU Heavy. He uses it and summons the RED Heavy to assist him as the song Bang! Bang! Bang! from Soul Eater begins playing. BLU Heavy commands red heavy to help him "collect extra thick ass". Two guards spot the two Heavies (a Tiny Desk Engineer is on top of one of the guards' heads) using binoculars and activate an alarm, alerting the multitude of guards within the facility. They mount themselves on top of the wall as the guard outside the walls repeats Eric Andre's famous "LET ME IN" quote. The guards attempt to shoot the Heavies as they run towards the facility, and attempt to blow them up with a Rocket Launcher (with yet another Tiny Desk Engineer riding the rocket). However, this fails and they run out of the explosion faster.

Area 51 releases a sizable mecha robot, which attempts to gun down the Heavies once again. The BLU Heavy punches through the robot, exploding it and killing its pilot in the process while the RED Heavy runs forward. The BLU Heavy soars from the explosion in a Civilian pose (AKA A-Pose; similar to a t-pose) and lands behind the walls of Area 51. A guard fearfully approaches the BLU Heavy from behind and attempts to shoot him. The BLU Heavy turns around, still in the Civilian pose, and the guard empties his gun onto the BLU Heavy and backs away. The BLU Heavy motionlessly approaches the guard, then opens his mouth several feet long and somehow blasts Djent metal for a few seconds. The now-catatonic guard drops to his knees, and the RED Heavy tells the BLU Heavy that it is time to go. The BLU Heavy responds with "Dah, the booty will not wait forever!". A guard hiding in a box starts moving Solid Snake-style while the Heavies walk away. The BLU Heavy smells him and slides over to the box in the Civilian pose. An Alert icon appears in the corner of the screen, and the BLU Heavy removes the box. He then bodyslams the box guard so hard that the remaining guards in a subterranean elevator are shaken around by force.

The remaining guards march out to the battlefield while the "Out of your friends, which are you?" meme plays, with various guards replacing the Truck Freak, Crazy Ass, and the Fighter, and the two Heavies in a civilian pose replace APYR. They run away and one guard wearing a hard hat tries to shoot the BLU Heavy (still Civilian posing) with a shotgun. The BLU Heavy asks him to stop, then breaks the guard's hand with a roundhouse kick. He then uses the Showdown taunt to finish off all but two of the guards, who try to escape in an elevator. The two Heavies charge for the elevator, and the BLU Heavy says "I am coming for the thighs!". The Red Heavy breaks through the elevator doors and laughs, and is shot in the face with a rocket launcher, and the video cuts to static.

A TF2 version of the Soul Eater intro plays along with a stylized opening titled "Sandwich Eater", and the camera cuts to a Heavy dressed as Mr. X from Resident Evil crushing a camera. The camera zooms out of the TV that this camera was displayed on and into a break room underground, where a guard is talking about an "anime plot" while various images of the Red Heavy T-Posing silently terrorize the remaining guards. The power then shuts down momentarily and dim red lights turn on. The guard in the break room equips a plasma cutter and explores the darkened facility in a Dead Space-inspired sequence. He opens a door with Caramelldansen quietly playing behind it, but it then goes silent. After opening the door, he sees a dead guard in front of him and the RED Heavy doing the Kazotsky Kick behind a glass window. The guard then goes through a catwalk on the left containing a dead guard with his back broken and a severed arm. The guard walks through a corridor and breaks a box containing extra ammunition for his plasma cutter. He walks to the elevator, and Mr. X Heavy appears in the corridor, saying in an anime girl's voice "Tuturu! Hiyokani!" and does a happy dance towards the guard while "Step!" by Mio Honda plays. The guard runs away and attempts to shoot it, but fails. He goes through a smoky corridor and the Mr. X Heavy follows. The song "Stains of Time" from MGR: Revengeance plays as he suddenly appears in a cathedral while the RED Heavy can be seen breakdancing in the distance, which eventually turns into a Civilian Pose. Two Dark Souls boss health bars can be seen at the bottom of the screen. The BLU Heavy then circlegames the guard, and does the Engineer's hoedown taunt dance and the RED Heavy kills the guard with an RKO.
