I loved the episode with Elena and Damon enjoying a summer of love, then Silas shows up to cause havoc in mystic falls, I really love the episode and I love season 5, I know I am on my own with this but season 5 is my fave season

Enough with the dopplegangers!

I know it's too little too late because the series has ended, but when writers pull out the "doppleganger" card, that's just lazy, in my hubble opinion.

Elena and Damon playfully kiss each other in bed. Rebekah has taken Matt to Amsterdam where she kisses a prostitute named Nadia. It is implied they have a threesome. Nadia ends up robbing them of all their stuff including Jeremy's ring. In the tub, Damon tells Elena she is trading all this for communal showers? Back in Mystic Falls, Matt is serving drinks and he kisses Rebekah against a tree. Elena and Caroline pack up with Sheriff Forbes to go move into their dorm. Sheriff Forbes hugs both of them. After she leaves a new girl comes in - she is their third roommate. Bonnie was supposed to be with them but because she is still away with her mom supposedly, this new girl was assigned their room. Caroline is very protective of her territory and annoyed that it is not just the three of them who is sharing the dorm. Caroline goes through the fridge and is annoyed the new girl's stuff is taking up most of the room. She decides to drink the girl's bottled drink out of spite and finds it has vervain. The girl comes out of the shower in a towel and asks what happened - sounded like someone was dying. Later at the party that they were told of by a boy handing out posters they are blocked from the entrance because they have to be invited in. Their new roommate greets them at the door and asks why they aren't coming in. Later the girl calls Elena and pleads for help. She later falls out of the window and dies. Katherine is disheveled-looking and begs Damon for protection. Silas shows up announcing Stefan is his doppelganger.
