Charming Itialian short film
paul-allaer22 November 2014
"Margerita" (2013 release from Italy; 15 min.), is a short film in which a burglar with an appreciation for classical music, finds that the house he is robbing is owned by a famous classical violinist. What will the burglar do? Just watch!

I found myself charmed from start to finish with this short film. I had the chance to see this as it was a bonus feature on Film Movement's DVD-of-the-month release for November 2014. I am rarely let down by Film Movement's choices and here again it is right on the money.

IF you have a chance to see "Margerita", I'd definitely recommend you do so.

a story

Romanian Gypsy thieves. A young man from them , passioned by music. An old violonist. A plan. And a CD changing everything. Music and poetry and the end as source of long time memories. A little gem. Seductive for each detail. For the tension, for performances. And, sure, for the music , first. A love story in different terms by what you expect. Because, in this case, in chaarming - inspired manner, nothing is real predactible.
