So George and Bella are a young couple who meet, find out they have similar interests. Eventually they move in together and marry.
One day a parcel a parcel arrives at the doorstep. Inside is a little creature looking like a baby they call Zagazoo.
George and Bella regard the Zagazoo as perfect. Only as the creature gets older it changes shape. To a noisy vulture, later to an elephant, a warthog, a dragon, later to some kind of a hairy creature.
Sometimes it turns to many of these creatures in a short space of time.
George and Bella are sometime kept up all night with the wailing. Eventually their hairs get greyer and lines appear in their faces. All the time George and Bella take loving care of their creature.
It is a surreal metaphor on childhood and growing old. Eventually Zagazoo becomes a polite young man and eventually falls in love.
Only to discover when he introduces his girlfriend to his parents, they have turned into pelicans.
It is an animation that can be enjoyed by people of all ages as their is a message for everyone.
