- A woman is sometimes seen in revealing tight clothing showing cleavage.

- A woman says she will dry hump a boy in a joking manner.

- There's strong violence towards the end of the film.
- A woman directly injects herself in the wound of the severed finger, moderately graphic and disturbing.
- A puddle of blood is seen on the floor.
- A woman's finger is cut off with a cookie cutter. Blood is shown splattered on dough and spurting from her finger. The lady is then knocked out, blood streaming from her mouth. Very graphic and disturbing.
- Both of the two main characters both encounter a toy cupboard used for punishment called "The Box."

- Very mild profanity throughout. GD bombs, hell, etc. Nothing beyond that.
- The strongest language in the movie is shit, but the other ones said in the movie (ass, hell, damn) is said somewhat pervasively.
- "Fuck" is said once, but it's easy to miss.
- Several infrequent uses of bitch.

- One of the character's behavior gets increasingly aberrant and disturbing, especially towards the end of the film.
- The scene with the severed finger and the injection is especially disturbing and graphic.
- There are a few other disturbing scenes towards the end, as the main characters uncover more about Greta's plans for her victims.
