The Battle of Bosworth and the date of Richard III's death is recorded as August 22, 1485. The final episodes shows the battle taking place with snow on the ground, and you can see the breath of the actors due to the cold air. Even for England, there would not have been snow in August.
Though he stays toward the rear, partly due to his Uncle Jasper's pleading, Henry VII is shown actively fighting his Yorkist enemies at the Battle of Bosworth Field. Every account of this battle states that Henry stayed completely in the rear, well away from actual fighting and possibly protected by a phalanx of his spear-men, and took no active part in the battle.
In the horse charge in the run up to the final battle (The Battle of Bosworth Field), there is snow on the ground. The Battle of Bosworth Field was fought in August.

Although the last episode shows Richard and Henry both slogging through a long forest battle until Richard is unhorsed and finally cut-down, actual events were somewhat more dramatic.
Despite having the better of the early stages of the battle Richard was worried that The Duke of Norfolk, leading his right flank, was failing to support and him and so he decided to sweep round the Tudor's right flank to try and catch Henry Tudor unawares (sources vary, he may also have been trying reach Stanley to plead for his support).
What followed was a full-scale charge down Ambion Hill by Richard and his retinue which nearly succeeded in reaching and killing Henry but ultimately the attempt failed leading to Richard's death.

After King Richard has been slain, the crown adorning his helmet is removed, and presented to Henry Tudor. Between shots it can be seen that the crown changes to one significantly smaller in diameter - King Henry puts it on his bare head but if it was the same one taken from Richard, it would have been far too large to be worn without a helmet.
When Richard and Anne's son Edward dies they are shown being with him and then being at his funeral. However at the time of his death he was at their family home in Middleham and his parents were in London. Kings and Queens also wouldn't have gone to a funeral even if their own child because it was forbidden to envision the death of royalty.
Bosworth was fought on rolling fields in mid-summer, not in a dense forest in late winter. But this is no doubt a result of filming exclusively in Belgium.
After the battle when Henry Tudor becomes King Margaret Beaufort says that she is Margaret Regina now. Regina is Latin for Queen. She was the mother of the King, but would never be called Margaret Regina because she was not Queen.
