Sex & Nudity

- During one of the sex scenes the top of a womans buttocks are seen as well as her nude back. You also see her breasts. The scene ends when she leans away from her partner and we get a close shot of her licking the face of a rotting corpse nearby on the ground for a few seconds which can be uncomfortable to watch.
- A few nude scenes of womans breasts. No genitals.
- Two people see each other and begin embracing and move up against a wall. They pull down/unzip each others pants and are seen performing a thrusting motion. The scene ends when she moves lower on him and oral sex is implied when the thrusting motion is continued. (No nudity is seen in this sequence, but we do get a couple suggestive closeup shots).
- A girl accidentally touches lips with a dead body.
- Light necrophilia.
Violence & Gore

- A man grabs another man by the head and slams him into a window multiple times, breaking the window, and his face is seen covered in blood as he is thrown out and dies.
- A man stabs a woman in the mouth multiple times killing her. (Not too graphic because we don't see all of it as this scene is only visible as there is flashing strobe lights during it. But is more intense because of this). But this scene can be disturbing and gross.
- A man drags another man over to a rock and pushes his mouth open on it for several seconds and stomps, killing him. The camera cuts before the stomp leaving the impact up to our mind.
- A woman who falls down a pit is seen with some blood on her face, and a large object is dropped on her. We do not see the impact of the object but death is implied.
- A woman is seen on top of another woman strangling her with a rope for a few seconds.
- The violence is occasionally sadistic and results in bloody injury detail and gory images.
Profanity

- There is some alcohol seen during a short scene at a resturant.
- A girl smokes a cigarette in a bathroom.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The few jumpscares there are aren't too frightening, but are followed up with graphic violence.
- A women hears something and looks behind a curtain to see a girl tormenting another girl with a mouse, by attempting to force it into her mouth. The scene isn't that graphic and doesn't last too much more than a few seconds. But can be disturbing as we see the girl laughing from enjoyment as she does it.
- Several people chase a woman through a dark woods. They are seen carrying weapons such as an axe and a chainsaw. We can hear them laughing at a couple moments.

Sex & Nudity
- A woman approaches an unstable man. He makes a sexual comment and grabs her butt. It is shortly pulled off.
- In an alternate ending we see leatherface put a chainsaw that is turned off on a woman's crotch in a suggestive manner. This is disturbing. (Similar to the scene in TCM2 (ALTERNATE ENDING ONLY).
Violence & Gore
- A woman is shot in the leg and dragged to where she is then shot in the head killing her. Later, Her body is shown with steam coming out of her mouth
- A woman is decapitated with a chainsaw.
- During a scene a man is stabbed in the neck and several other people are shot, including a woman who is shot with a shotgun at a close range (offscreen, you don't see the impact but see some blood splatter onscreen and hear gunshot sound).
- A man has his thigh cut open with a chainsaw while bound to a chair and is hit in the back of the head with a hammer.
- One of the main protagonists runs towards a cop and is shot multiple times and killed. Shortly after we see how this emotionally affects another character who knew him well as he becomes very upset and starts hitting the dashboard in the passenger seat of a car leading to the driver trying to calm him down losing control. They crash and the car flips although they both survive they are later seen with some minor injuries and cuts.
- A man is killed with a chainsaw. His hands are cut and mangled one by one by the chainsaw as he tries to defend himself. The chainsaw is then plunged into the man's chest, moved up and down, and then dragged down his torso right down to his middle stomach area. The scene is extremely graphic and violent with copious amounts of blood.
- The Sawyers drop Sorrel into the sty and the inbred pigs eat him alive more fervently than any pit bull.
- A group of three hide in a animal, they come out and are covered in guts and blood.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- After they almost hit him with their car a woman approaches a child wearing a cow mask standing in the middle of the road. He does not speak and stands still as she gets closer to him and calls out. Eventually he runs off the road into a field.
- A scene of a breakout at a mental instutution. Theres a riot of people escaping which includes some violence towards the staff. One scene involves 2 women trying to lock a fence shut while inmates are running towards them from down the hall. Most of this entire sequence is seen with strobe/flashing lights which may make it more intense and frightening.
- In the last minute of the movie we see a man (Leatherface) hold up the flesh of a characters face in front of a mirror and wear it as a mask. He then suddenly punches the mirror and credits roll.
- In the end is revealed that Jackson is Leatherface. It's a very shocking twist.
