The Fault in Our Stars is a 2012 novel by American author John Green. The novel was adapted for the movie by American screenwriters Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber.

Fans of the adaptation of the best selling novel by John Green can enjoy a bonus for the home cinema release: it contains an extended version which is about 7 minutes longer, however, this only applies to the Blu-ray disc release.
