Octo and Patrushka introduce themselves and review fan mail. In the story, poor William is perfectly healthy, except for his profuse bleeding from random locations on his body. Later, Patrushka fries up the "sea creature's kiszka" and there is a public service announcement about "Paranoia".

Octo claims he has no DNA. In the story, poor Sam gets endlessly nagged by a disembodied health freak space alien. There's lots of "Eat more veggies". Later, Octo desires a steak dinner, but Patrushka tries to force him to eat healthy seaweed. With time remaining, the space alien returns to point out local places of interest.

X-rays of human hands mistakenly delivered to the show's P.O. box were meant for a "Dr. Pobox". Patrushka gets excited as they look like the hands of a groper. A mutant head visits the studio. In Part 1 of the story, "Alice the Drunk Ghost Hunter" and her assistant, Pirandello, research the big white ghost which has returned to the Watchung Mountains after an absence of 400 years.

The "Recap Girls" review the previous episode. In Part 2 of the story, a hungover Alice prepares (along with Pirandello) for a confrontation with the big white ghost in the Watchung Mountains. After chasing Alice through the woods, the ghost tires itself out with an extended Native American dance. Back in the studio, Patrushka returns the X-rays to Dr. Pobox, hoping to meet up with his groping patient. Remaining time is filled with hidden camera footage of a psychiatrist's session.

Octo disgusts Patrushka with his colonoscopy results. Cathy, "The At-Home Do-It-Yourself Autopsy Gal", and her assistant, Pirandello, begin an autopsy on a dead woman. When Cathy gets confused and turns on the closed-circuit TV for help, Octo recognizes the autopsy instructor: radio and TV legend Joe Franklin. Octo interrupts the autopsy and interviews Joe about his lengthy career.

Octo decides on becoming delusional as a path to happiness. The show again presents an amateur autopsy, and again the Autopsy Gal's work is interrupted. This time it's by an interview with horror hosting legend (and radio DJ) John Zacherle. It includes Zach discussing the unfortunate end of free form radio where DJs no longer have the have the freedom to choose the songs they play. He also talks about his nights introducing top bands on stage at the Fillmore East. In the show's final moments, the Autopsy Gal attempts to find the C.O.D.

Octo gets used to a new Patrushka. In the story, the Lunar Witches are "astrology weirdo hippy girls". In Part 1, their guide (The Moon) advises sleeping pills for bad dreams, but the girls get drunk instead. These girls are awful at practicing magick and their new spell is ready to try.
