Sex & Nudity

  • Victims, all women, are shown in their undergarments; 1960s underwear depicted.
  • To gain access to a woman's apartment, a man claims he is from a modeling agency. He wants to take her measurement, and she agrees. He does not have a measuring tape, and instead uses his hands suggestively, wrapping them around her legs. The woman is uncomfortable.
  • A woman walks through an apartment complex and hears rythmic thudding and moaning as she passes by.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman talks about her neighbor being a killed. Said factually.
  • A man grabs a young woman from behind and forces her to the ground, choking her. She fights against him, but is unsuccessful.
  • A reporter listens to a confessional by a man outlining how he picks his victims, what they were wearing.
  • A man follows another man with a sharp weapon. He stabs him multiple times in quick succession and then leaves him to die. The scene is over within seconds.

Profanity

  • 3 uses of the f-word, one is mumbled 11 uses of sh-t
  • J**** C***** (the Lord's name) was used in vain twice within the first few minutes.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • When looking for an interviewee, the reporter asks, "Know where he drinks?"
  • A fellow reporter offers his coworker a drink from a flask.
  • A man hands another man a scotch glass filled with brown liquid.
  • Jean and Loretta smoke cigarettes and drink at a bar.
  • A woman drinks alcohol at home, with the bottle on the table.

  • A police officer says he can't arrest a man for getting high.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In the opening scene a man can hear his neighbor screaming and fighting against an intruder.
  • Police find a woman strangled to death. She lays on a bed with her eyes open, bruising on her skin.
  • Close up and graphic scene of victim shown as camera pans over her.
  • An intruder attacks an elderly woman. the fight and struggle are not seen, only heard. it is uncomfortable to listen to. the intruder throws her body into a bath she had run for herself
  • A reporter gets frightening calls where someone simply breathes on the other line.
  • A reporter goes to interview a man and his home is frightening, his behavior strange. She decides to leave suddenly due to feeling unsafe.
  • A man slowly drives behind a woman, stalking her.
  • A woman walks past her child's bedroom window and sees an ominous looking man standing outside watching her. She quickly turns out the lights and hides, finding a baseball bat. She walks through the dark house, frightened, hearing her backdoor bang. Each bang is a jump scare. Her child comes downstairs and finds a letter in the door slot. She yells at him not to touch it. Very intense scene.
  • An officer recieves a call about an intruder. When he arrives on the scene, a woman has been murdered. She is shown dead, nothing graphic.

  • A nurse reveals a victim was several months pregnant when she was murdered.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A woman allows a man into her apartment to check the radiator. The viewer is aware the man is the killer, adding to the suspense. When she comes into the room to check on him, he grabs her in a jump scare scene, and proceeds to strangle her.
