I recall this episode very well as it was the first of the five episodes (followed by the episodes of Wishing Well, Flat Tyre, Great Inventor & Snow Business), and name of the Fireman Sam VHS release, I watched throughout my childhood - it is the nostalgia even if sometimes aches.

Norman up to mischievousness from having Sam cleaning Jupiter with boot polish and false alarm of prank call with fire at Bella's - even so still adore the rescue scene. At least the episode ends well with Norman behind bars (literally head stuck between railings) followed by getting to wash fire-engine Jupiter.
