- Unachieved sex is implied a few times. Since it's PG-13, it keeps cutting to the next day before Natalie can actually have sex with Blake. She invites him into the bed with her, and the scene cuts. She tackles him to the floor, and the scene cuts.
Profanity
- A running gag is that when a woman is living an artificial version of her life, and she tries to use the F word, it always gets drowned out by a loud sound. She realizes she's back in her real life when she's able to say it loudly once.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- When Natalie is driving away from the wedding, her voice-over is quickly cut off when she crashes her car. It's sudden and unexpected (even for a rom-com), and she slams her head really hard into the steering wheel.
