The episode's title is a play on the old business motivational saying "There's no I in 'TEAM,'" an aphorism with a double meaning: figuratively that in teamwork the collective is more important than the individual, and literally that the letter I does not appear in the word "team." Although the episode title works in the same figurative sense, it is not literally true; the letter I does appear in the word "America."
