Very Cool Americana

Very cool movie. I am always fan of American action movie. This movie has action, but is not John Wu in your face action. This film is more like the Sopranos, except with a faster pace.

The scene with the terrorist being tortured surprised me. For a second if felt like hostel, but in a good way. It showed just enough to unnerve you, but not so much like hostel. It kept me on the edge of my seat.

I like Americana and this film makes the Southwestern part of the states feel like a mythical place, like Fusang. Also Las Vegas is a city of interesting aspects. The film really drew me into Las Vegas and felt like a gangster movie like the story of Las Vegas in the 1970s.

Brilliant Mobster Movie

I love Las Vegas first of all. Me and me mates got a chance to finally see the city, so watching a movie that has a lot of locations that I have been to cool. I am a big fan of American Gangster movies. They are usually well paced and more violent then films we have over here, and this film definitely meets those desires.

The film starts off with a bit of intrigue about what happened to this bloke, and bam it's blood city. This is only just enforced by the following scene with more blood. And, despite the fact that there is all this blood and violence before we know what exactly is going on, that is just kind of the charm to the film, because it isn't done over the top like a lot of action type films today. That intrigue is still there and you can't help but wonder, where is this leading to next?

Like I said, I am a big Las Vegas fan and was surprised to find out that only half of the film is actually shot in Las Vegas. But everything leading up to the Las Vegas parts were really engaging, and had a lot of good witted lines.

I am a big Guy Ritchie and noticed that Las Vegas in this movie is like the unspoken capital of the Southwest film, similar to Guy Ritchie's films London is the capital and center of most of his universe, which I think is just brill! I am looking forward to more movies by this film maker.

I am usually not the type to watch mobster movies, but I must say this movie was pretty cool because it isn't just a mobster movie. This movie feels like one of those new hybrid cars, a little bit of country a whole lot of rock and roll.

One of the best scenes in the movie I think, would be the love scene between the two female actresses. Wow! I think it was shot very well and I just love the music they used in this scene!

I also really like the music in this movie. I like all kinds of music and this film has a great variety.

I would probably buy this film when it becomes available at Wal Mart or best buy. I would definitely recommend it for rental.

This is an on the edge of your seat movie. Can't look away. The writing and filming and directing is excellent. Shawn Lecrone is a great up and coming talent! When you set down to watch this movie already have your popcorn and soda, because you are Not going to want to miss one minute of this fast moving great movie. The acting is superb and the characters are believable. One can see the talent in the writing and directing. I very much look forward to seeing more movies by Shawn Lacrone! I very much recommend this movie to All who love action movies! You will want to watch this movie more than once. And you will want to bring all your friends to see it with you. This would be a great date movie.

Where can I see this movie??! I have been looking for it for years and I can't find it anywhere.
