The episode is based on sport. The world is getting fatter and fatter and this episode is clearly trying to stimulate the young people into sports. Which they desperately need! Jane betrays the group by changing teams, and yet in the end they still remain loyal. Honestly, I expected a lot more from a last episode of one great season. I understand that this is a comedy show but its not a sitcom, we can have a little drama as well. In the end of this episode there might be a start in a new relationship between Penny and a Player. Its been two seasons without Alex and Dave to hook up and get married, so it might be a long ride. In the end we have that tension with an heroic song when everyone expects Dave not to suck, but then he does. Although it was a little expected to happen, still, remains good comedy. I am a little disappointed in Max relationships... he still hasn't found the one, in fact, i feel that he is isolated from any outside relationships. No booty calls nor casual boyfriends. Hopefully this would change... (just remember do not play with stereotypes...)
My advice to the producers: Be really unpredictable! BBC Canceled "happy endings" but they recently decided to renew it. I wonder...can we still have an happy ending?
