Seriously one of the funniest episodes I've ever seen. This episode without ruining anything is one of those episodes that kind of goes off the regular track (if there even is one) for this show and has some of the best humor I've seen. I watched this episode with my kids and both of them laughed like crazy! There are points in it that will cause some people to lose their breath because the jokes come so fast one right after the other you can't catch get enough air to get ready for the next joke! Watch it,make your friends drink something and you'll probably get a spit take out of one of them. I like smart humor and this has some references to playing video games that are dead-on. If you've ever played games online or in an arcade with friends you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Enjoy

The Best episode ever !

This is the best and most hilarious and amazingly creative episode ! Brilliant concept, a complete laugh riot ! Pierce please come back. I've been a fan of community since its pilot episode back in 2009 and since this entire journey has been amazing. I believe it's underrated and it needs more outreach. The entire 80s video game concept was full on awesome and all characters and avtars are too cool. This is the first time im writing a review just for an episode coz its actually worth it and I what to put a word out there for people to watch this series and once you watch this episodes you'll never look back where it all started . I hope Chevy chase makes a comeback coz his character is really a unique and hilarious yet annoying

I'm a new Community fan....just started watching it on Netflix and have already finished the series and started it over. THIS episode is definitely my favorite, with the claymation episode as a close 2nd. The nostalgia factor is fantastic, and it's just super hilarious. One of the most creative things I've seen on a sitcom. Makes me wish this game actually existed, lol.

This episode was like season 2 with its creative experimental risk taking. I love every second of it! I could have watched a season of it! It made me realvalaute some of the best cartoons and watching them.
It shows in epsufoes around here that some joke are inside jokes, like when the dean is found the one of two men in the suit who is heavy repeats that he let the school run into the ground and chang doing what he did because he was an alcoholic. I believe that was meant to be harmon as we all know he spoke to his audience through the dialogue. For e.g. pierce always getting the joke a minute later was him showing how Chevy chase is off the set and how they all laugh because he doesnt get the jokes and doesnt think they're funny.
Watching it now after learning of everything that transpired. I was able to see more into it behind the scenes. You can tell when Chevy is really not engaged or improvising. That he means it when he says hes left out or when he ran out of the trailer saying he was a star. That was really chase. But I'm not speaking poorly on his part. I dont know what really happened.
All I do know is this episode was for me one of the best! It was so comedic and the timing was just right.
I guess the rumors that Harmon was a control freak could have been true but because of that he created the most special TV I've ever seen in my life! Maybe you do have to be on top of it all because it can all go wrong in a second. I dont know one person that can look me in the eyes and rekk me season 2 wasnt fine TV,!!!
The episode was divine and reminded me out the special days filmed! Hey, I'm now going to check out Rick and Morty now afterwards because of the legend of Haroms mind!

The funniest episode of the series, is this 80s video game themed episode. Where all the actors, mostly dub their scenes, throughout their characters « Community Sim » counterparts. And it's the most hilarious the show has ever been. And it speaks for itself, and perfect for that geeky kid in all of us...
Favourite episode. Absolutely adorable

A very touching episode with Pierce discovering he has a half-brother who is half African-American. Growing up on Atari, I could relate to the game for sure. Lots of fun.
