When Danny is talking to the groom after his new wife has been shot and killed in the drive-by shooting, the wound on the groom's head changes from shot to shot. Sometimes there are two butterfly stitches on the wound, sometimes there's just one stitch, and the blood smear changes appearance.
After the shooting, Danny takes the groom's camera saying it will be returned at the hospital. Rather than providing a clue to solving the crime, nothing more happens with the camera. This is not a goof. It is normal police procedure to retrieve potential items of evidence. They don't always provide results especially in real life. Furthermore, Danny was removed from the case after taking the camera so another detective would have looked at it; another reason why the contents of the camera were not addressed.
