- A man is seen naked while hung up in a torture room, his penis is briefly seen a few times, though it's dimly lit and somewhat hard to see.
- A man and woman have sex while completely nude. The scene is around 2-3 min.
- A woman suffering from fever is stripped nude by a man while hiding out in a cave and shown bleeding from her period. We see blood running down her legs briefly. The man is then seen holding her up to himself in order to warm her up. Later she stands up, still naked, with full nudity clearly seen, though not sexual in any way.
- A woman has a flashback wherein a man attempted to rape her as a child, her breasts are briefly seen after he rips off her shirt.
- A female subdued in battle has her shirt ripped off by enemy soldiers, revealing her breasts, but she manages to get away before anything can happen.

- A man and woman fall off a cliff while the man collides with the edge until they fall in a river.
- A man has a woman's blood on his hands and believes she is wounded, then realizes she's actually having her period.
- A man attempts to rape a girl, but then gets his ear cut off by a thrown sword and gets stabbed to death by the girl.
- A woman throws a sword at a man, believing he raped her (although he didn't) and just barely misses his head.

The man then gets his ear cut off when another man throws a sword at him. He then tries to rape the girl again, but ends up getting stabbed to death by her.
- A group of men attempt to rape a woman, but she manages to escape.
- A character is handcuffed and tortured in a dark foreboding chamber with several lashes from a whip, with whip marks and blood visible.

- There is an explicit, full sex scene between an adult male and a young female that lasts for several minutes. There's lots of sexual moaning as he kisses and fondles her small breasts and then touches her genitals to stimulate her before performing cunnilingus offscreen. He then spreads her legs and thrusts into her rather violently while she moans, deflowering her. This lasts for some time before he orgasms. It's heavily implied that the girl was still a minor, as she is a young teen and the man is an adult (however, within the context of the pseudo-medieval setting, the girl is considered an adult). The man later learns that her own father had incestuous lust towards her as well.
Violence & Gore
- A man is hung up by his hands and brutally whipped for having sex with a princess. We see blood running down his body and staining the ground.
