Sex & Nudity

- Early in the film, a woman is shown completely nude, but due to the lighting and camera angles, nothing of any significance is shown (thus The PG-13 rating).
- A woman walks away from the camera nude, we see her buttocks.
- Nick is nude at one point but covers his genitals with his hand.
Violence & Gore

- In the opening sequence there is high speed gun fighting while running, no close up impact shots, the camera is quite shaky.
- Flashback, a female is shot with darts and tussles while being embalmed alive.
- A character is bit by a spider, no blood. Later the same character dies/becomes hypnotized as eyes become white and stabs a character 2 times. The same character is shot 3 times with a bloody result showing.
- An airplane is attacked by birds with the some flying into the pilots face and them.
- Characters are seen tossing around before an air plane crashes.
- A character wakes up in a morgue surrounded by dead bodies.

- There is a flashback scene where the main villain slits the throats of her father, and his wife. None of the violence is seen on screen but blood spatters up towards and onto the villains face (it's later revealed she killed their child too).
