Violence & Gore
- Two men have a brutal fight in the end, and both characters bleed. One of the combatants gets shot in the shoulder beforehand, but little blood can be seen. It ends when both fire gun at each other, and one's body gets riddled with bullets, and some blood can be seen.
- There's a massive shootout in Somalia between the Expendables and Stonebanks' troops, and this becomes a truck chase. Lots of shooting, explosions, and overall destruction in this scene. Caesar gets shot in the backs of his legs and falls into water, but his teammates save him.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One of the Expendables gets seriously injured, and ends up in a hospital. This might upset some viewers.
