At 29:10 Walt falls and hits the right side of his face to the tiled floor, the hit is extremely hard as he did not break the fall by the use of his hands. He is said to have recovered consciousness four hours later with no evidence of bruising or swelling to the right side of his face.
At the end of the preceding chapter, Walt is at Hank's garage. Walt has a smudge over his left eye and the injury is a vertical break in the skin about one inch long. When Walt arrives at the car wash, there are three injuries (not two) near his left eye.
When Hank is with Skyler at the restaurant, you can see that the cars passing by have their lights off, as it's still daytime. During the conversation, in some of the shots of Skyler, cars are clearly seen with their lights on, and then again it's still daytime.
Lydia is driven to a desert meeting area to meet Declan. When the truck pulls in, the sun is high in the sky as indicated by the shadows. When Lydia emerges from the meth lab, the sun is low on the horizon and the shadows are long.
As Jesse lies on the carousel at the beginning of the episode, his head is first next to the inner circle, in the next clip, his head is in the center of the circle.
Walt buys a lotto ticket with the coordinates of where he buried the money. However, next to the numbers on the ticket are the letters "QP", indicating a Quick Pick. If Walt played his specific numbers on the lotto ticket, it is not a Quick Pick.
Skyler could not testify against Walt as spousal privilege would apply. It's true that spouses cannot be compelled to testify against each other, but they are still free to do so if that's what they want. This is why Skyler panics, because testifying would eventually bring to light her own involvement and not testifying (especially against someone as monstrous as Walt) is suspicious and heavily implies she was involved at least to some extent.
Lydia is driven to a dusty desert meeting area to meet Declan. When she steps out of the car, her shoes are already covered with dust. However, she was clearly picked up by Declan's henchman somewhere in the desert, so this is not a goof.
When Marie hands Holly back to Skyler, the baby looks directly into the camera.
As Walt backs out of Hank's driveway following their confrontation, there's a shot of the trunk lid of his Chrysler 300 SRT8 with the dealer tag "Snethkamp Automotive Family" visible at the lower left corner. This dealership is not in Albuquerque or even New Mexico, but rather Detroit, MI.
