It's Valentine's Day, and love is in the air. The FBI teams up with LAPD to take down a shady Casanova associated to a notorious drug lord. While the remaining of the team celebrates with their new loves, Simone connects with someone new.

The team makes another attempt to nail Tobias Kazan by arresting a man who charms women into giving him money and among his women is Kazan's wife. They get the man to Help them but he slips away and they find him dead. They wonder if Kazan did it but they don't have enough evidence. Kazan approaches Garza and informs him a rival gang is threatening his daughter who is in prison and is willing to give him information which appears to be genuine.
