- The Griffins try to beat Lois's obnoxious ex-boyfriend's family to the top of Mount Everest.
- The episode starts with Lois runs into her old boyfriend, Ross Fishman, at the grocery store. Peter is jealous of Ross as he was in a relationship with Lois before him. Ross and his wife invite the Griffins over to their house for dinner. Peter refuses, but Lois insists on going to the dinner. While at dinner, Peter embarrasses himself due to his jealousy of Ross. Peter is jealous of the family's lifestyle, and when they announce they're going to climb Mount Everest, Peter says he and his family will climb with them. When the Griffins arrive back home, Peter apologizes for committing his family to the climb, but Lois says they should stick to it and climb the mountain. Peter and his family arrive in Nepal The Griffins meet the Fishmans, and they fight about who will be the first to the top. The Griffins are climbing up the mountain until they come across a ravine, which can only be crosses by a pair of ladders roped together. Peter goes first, but falls down and lands safely due to a pile of bodies in the bottom of the ravine. Peter is able to escape (not shown) and they continue up the mountain. The Griffins continue climbing, and eventually, they reach the top. Except, the Fishmans had already reached the top an hour and 12 minutes before them. The Fishmans start their descent, but the Griffins notice a storm cloud coming in. The Griffins start their descent in the storm, and face hardships such as no food and freezing temperatures. Brian sees a shadow in the distance, and as the Griffins walk closer, they discover it's Ross Fishman's son, Ben, frozen and dead. Lois says they should bury him, but Brian suggests they should eat Ben, as they have no food left. The family, left with no alternatives, starts to eat Ben's flesh. The Griffins continue their descent, and encounter the Fishmans looking for their son. They walk past them without telling them about their son. As the base camp comes into sight, Lois decides they have to go back for the Fishmans as they will die looking for their son. As they go back up the mountain, they come back to the same ravine that Peter was stuck in, only to find the ladders gone and the Fishmans stuck on a piece of ice sticking out from the ravine wall. Brian looks through their backpack for any useful supplies, and finds a rope. Lois decides that Peter should go down on the rope and save them as he's the only one who can carry two people. As Peter gets ready to help, the ice starts breaking off from the wall. Peter climbs down and jumps onto the ice, first picking up Ross. As he goes to pick up Ross's wife, the ice breaks apart, leaving only two small piece, one with Peter and Ross, and one with Ross' wife. Peter is now unable to reach Ross's wife. The ice continues to break and eventually collapses, but just in time, Peter is able to grab her before she can fall down. The Griffins struggle to pull Peter and the Fishmans up, due to Peter finding a rock in the ravine he liked, but were able to safely pull them up to safety. The episode ends with the Fishmans on an emergency helicopter, and as they take off, Peter confesses to eating their son.
