Saying goodbye to Stranger Things will be tough.
The series has delivered plenty of mystery throughout its first four seasons, but the big mystery plaguing fans right now is:
When the heck will Stranger Things Season 5 even air?
While waiting for word on that, Hopper actor David Harbour opened up about the first scripts he read for the supernatural drama's final season.
"They're terrific, as per usual," the actor said on the Happy Sad Confused podcast.
"They continue to outdo themselves, these currently-on-strike writers called the Duffer Brothers."
At the end of Stranger Things Season 4, Hawkins -- and its residents -- were left in a perilous situation when the town was being destroyed by supernatural forces arriving from the Upside Down.
As a result, Harbour vows, "The set pieces and the things in the scripts that we saw are bigger than anything we've done in the past."

“Perry Mason” is back. And we talked to the cast and producers about where the show is headed this season – and beyond (you can watch the interview above).
After the new iteration of the classic series debuted in 2020 as a limited series on HBO, the cable network decided to bring it back, this time as a (potentially) ongoing show. Matthew Rhys, Juliet Rylance, Shea Whigham and Chris Chalk are all back, as is the corruption, vice, murder, political intrigue and far-reaching conspiratorial nature of the original run of episodes.
This time Mason is defending a pair of young Mexican men who are accused of killing a wealthy socialite and the son of a powerful Los Angeles business. Of course, when Mason (and his team) start to dig, they uncover something far more sinister.

Keanu Reeves has faced many villains in his career. He’s battled Agent Smith and the simulation itself in the Matrix series. Every John Wick movie has a new villain for him. In Speed, it was Jack Traven (Reeves) vs. bomber Howard Payne (Dennis Hopper). Originally, the Speed villain was Jack’s partner Harry (Jeff Daniels).

Speed screenwriter Graham Yost was on the Script Apart podcast on Aug. 17, 2021 to discuss his earlier drafts of the film. Yost explained how Harry would have worked as a villain, and why they changed it in later drafts.
The original ‘Speed’ script pit Keanu Reeves against a disgruntled partner
Yost’s first draft of Speed began the same way, with Harry and Jack working an elevator bombing. In the previous version, Harry became disgruntled and disillusioned after act one.
