Children of the Fall

Great cast and roles. Really good acting and scenes not typical for Croatian movies. Somewhat slower start but as the movies progresses it intrigues the viewer even more. Grotesque scenes of "different" neighbours well incorporated. Small dose of humor gives the dynamic to the film. End to the movie could be more clear, explicit. It gives it up to the viewer to decide which way the main actor decided to go and the decision he took. Definitely a step forward and higher expectations are set for Croatian cinematography in general. The movie reminds of the acting talent which often is repressed in movies from this part of the continent.
