Another day, another casting announcement for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Who's the next person who'll be competing in The Quarter Quell? E. Roger Mitchell, who's been tapped to play Chaff in the film.

A tribute from District 11, Chaff won the 45th Annual Hunger Games and will compete in the Quarter Quell. As for Mitchell, he's a Miami, Florida, native, who can also be seen in the upcoming The Last Exorcism 2 and Awakened. His prior TV experience includes "One Tree Hill" and "The Shield."
