Stop it! Just stop!
ImpertinentGremlin29 March 2023
The original was bad enough. The Casagrande's took that heinousness to a new level. This is unfit for human consumption.

My six-year-old groaned and walked out of the room when it came on one time. My SIX-year-old found this show tedious and insulting to their sensibilities. One of my other children changed the channel to CSPAN.

CSPAN was more interesting to a child in this franchise's target demographic.

Yeah, I get that the channel selection was pretty much just the result of pressing the channel up button a few times on the remote, but the coincidence of it coming to rest on CSPAN was so laughably astute and telling that it had to be shared on public forum.

I could belabor the point by retelling the issues with the "original" (a word Nickelodeon seems to have forgotten the meaning of) show but that only seems to encourage the network to one up itself every time I say something is tired, retread, cliché, and soulless.

I love this show.

Warning: Spoilers
The Really Loud House is very good. It has a very good plot. The show is fun to watch. The Really Loud House is even better than the cartoon in my opinion. I strongly suggest to watch it yourself. You will be glad you did. The Really Loud House is great for the whole family to see. The Really Loud House is another one of those Nickelodeon shows released in the 2020s that will be a gem and go down in history as one of the greatest Nick live action shows of all time along with Side Hustle, Danger Force, Drama Club, Fairly Odder, and All That. You should go watch them too. Enjoy the show everyone.

Hard to believe it got on the air
vinterrace18 November 2022
"The Really Loud House," a live-action spin-off from an enjoyable live-action Nickelodeon Christmas TV movie, "A Loud House Christmas" (which was based on the animated series "The Loud House") presents a number of problems, the upmost being "How did this nightmare ever get on the air?" The program does have a large cast for a half-hour sitcom, but it also suffers from being absolutely ridiculous, with characters acting like total idiots. The plot revolves around Lincoln Loud, the only boy in a 13-member family (his parents and 10 sisters). The dialogue appears to have been written by a pre-schooler (that's how intelligent it is) and the parents are just so unbelievable that you can't believe what you are seeing; don't even get me started on the super-ridiculous plots (e.g., Dad, a chef, becoming the family doctor). The Christmas movie, although outrageous in its plot (Lincoln seeking a way to keep his family together for the holiday) was, at least decently acted. The series retains ONLY one good aspect of the movie: the character of Lucy Loud (Aubin Bradley), a very pretty girl whose face is mostly obstructed by her black hair, which covers her eyes (how she can even see is a wonder). She is the spooky one of the family (obsessed with the macabre) and easily accepted as being what she is; the same as in the Christmas movie. Her sisters were portrayed as a bit over the top in the movie but here they have been rewritten (that pre-schooler sure gets around) to act as total embarrassments. Nickelodeon cancelled two decent series, "Side Hustle" and "Warped" for something that should have never seen the light of the day.

Life is Better Loud!
ghostdudette-051281 December 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I watched the show and thank Jesus that Sophia Woodward returned! She was my favorite in A Loud House Christmas! If you have not seen this show, go check it out! The only boy in a group of ten sisters is Lincoln Loud with five older sisters and five younger sisters, aka the man with the plan. My favorite sisters are Lori, Leni, Lynn, Lucy, Lana, and Lola. I loved Sophia's performance as Luna as an honorary Girl Of Tomorrow. Luna was also my favorite though the cartoon Luna was not my favorite. I love Sophia's Luna better. This show is cute, it's adorable, 10/10! I absolutely loved Sophia and she was my favorite in this. I liked the Really Loud House episode where Luna sang the half-birthday song for her daddy, Lynn Sr.

I'm excited for the episode where she gets to rap. Everyone's great, including my celebrity baby brother, Wolfgang "Wolfie" Schaeffer (as Lincoln Loud). I absolutely am gushing about Sophia because I love her so much. In "The Blemish Dilemish", Lincoln got a butt pimple that he was suffering through but Leni, Luna, and Luan, his big sisters, helped him through it. I also loved the introduction of Charlie, the new kid Lincoln has a crush on, who was sort of inspired by Violet, my live-action Loud House OC I was going to use for my Valentines Day live-action idea of a Loud House live-action movie, A Loud House Romance, where Lincoln meets Violet and becomes smitten with her and does his best to impress her, like Charlie Brown did with the Little Red-Haired Girl in The Peanuts Movie. Although Charlie is not allergic to cheese like Violet is, I think she did great. Welcome to The Loud House family, Charlie!

I was also surprised for Nolan, who plays Rusty Spokes in the series, because he's the second teenager besides Jah Jah (Jahzir Bruno's nickname) to be a teenager stuck in a 10-year-old's body!

I loved this show and I will continue to love it until I'm dead six feet in the ground! 10/10!

Terrible , Atrocious, and an unimaginable disaster of a sitcom.
JCar-162953 December 2022
Watch anything else that is actually good or send your kids outside. This is a terrible sitcom that is filled obvious fetishes from the writers like a lot of farting and one instance of Lincoln wearing a diaper wearing .The CGI effects are obviously green screen and barely edited.

If you want to hear more reasons why this show is awful go watch Cartoonshi's video on it.

Positives : Well just a bit

I will say Annaka Fourneret as Lynn Loud Jr is amazing and is written 10x better than the LJ in the show. Brian Stepanek as the Dad got a few laughs from me. Lana teaching her pet hamster to leap was cool. The rest of the cast on the show at least try their best with what they got.

it is straight-up cringe
skykyle-7186123 December 2023
First and foremost, the acting is incredibly bad, so much so that it feels like a rushed project you would submit for school. Staying faithful to the original is great and all, but they overdid it; the voices do sound like the original, but this makes it feel like they are magicked into the real world. See it for yourself, and you'll see what I mean. Second, the plot, and with that, the pacing is so off. There's no need to explain this one, it's just straight-up bad. And lastly, the cinematography is weird. (Apologies if I overemphasize this one, I just have a thing with visuals ;) ) I've seen several long-running series that still nail their visual storytelling, but this one goes for that high-contrast cinematic look but fails to do so and instead creates this confusing tone. Is this show really a sitcom or what? It looks like batman is about to show up. And, why is the sky computer-generated? What is it with the production design?

A Great Live Action Nick adaption
johnnymarrero3 December 2022
Its a good live action series to the animated verison of The Loud House and the show truly captures the ecense, references and elements of the animated series and the live action cast (from the live action Chrismtas movie) retuned to their roles and still truly nailed the characters including actor Brian Stepenak who rpeised his role as Lynn Sr. From the animated version and its still amazing, i'm loving the cast in the series, they are doing a great job portraying them so far and i would highly reccomend watching this cause honeslty its probably a better live action adaption of a Nick series than Fairly Odder.

I don't think it can get worse than this.
chanman-1549321 April 2024
When I watched the first episode of this show, I was in disbelief. I didn't know how we as a society got to the point where we made this type of show voluntarily. It's disgusting, unsettling and genuinely the worst thing I've ever laid my eyes upon. I need a mental cleanse after this monstrosity the director mistakenly called "cinema". Every single joke was unfunny. Not a single one had even an ounce of humor in it. The first five minutes were difficult, but in the minutes after that I felt nothing but deep sadness. Sadness for the actors. For the producers. And for everyone that had no choice but to work on this traumatizing project.

It's the worst show yet. Warning: Spoilers
This show is obviously a rip-off of the animated series. It's already getting hate facts by people who'd rather watch the cartoon instead of this trash pit for a spin off adaption. This is not going to be successful like other shows in the future, and it won't do too any good. It really ruined everything. The Casagrandes is a way better spin off than this garbage show. Those haters of the casas wished that show dead for this. I hope they find something that'll change their personalities. I hope they get redemption because when they meet God at the pearly gates of Heaven, they're gonna have to answer to this. And I wish I could watch it.

Finally something enjoyable for the whole family to watch!!!
charlesgdallas30 December 2022
I know there are a lot of negative reviews about this show. A lot of people are dissecting everything about it. Complaining about the smallest littlest details. But come on people this show is a whole lot better than the garbage that is televised today. It is a great family program!! Something enjoyable for the whole family to watch!!! My daughters and I look forward every Thursday night to watch this show together!! So go ahead all you negative people say what you want but in my opinion I give this show a 10/10 and hope Nickelodeon signs this show on for many more seasons to come!!! Great job to the writers and cast!!!

What the hell Happend to Nickelodeon
Robloxreviewer27 February 2024
This show is torture to your brain and eyes. Why do we have another type of show like this, it's So Awful. I wish this show never existed. This show features a scene with Lincoln in a Nappy. I kid-you-not, They added a scene with Lincoln with a nappy, and they zoomed in on it. GROSS. The episodes themselves are very boring/disgusting to see and look like they were written by a grown adult in their 40s/50s. Why did Nickelodeon think producing this was a great idea. Also the voice actors, no hate to them, don't sound like their cartoon counters and the characters look Taller then they are normally. The positives are, Lincoln is likeable (not like the Christmas movie) and The props are really nice

But, overall. This show sucks 2/10.

Perfect live action adaptation
sermar-191299 July 2023
The Really Loud House stands out as an exemplary television show that admirably maintains the essence of its animated counterpart. The notable divergence lies in the remarkable cast, with only a few members reprising their roles from the original cartoon. The performances delivered are nothing short of incredible, complemented by uproarious storylines that mirror the humor of the animated series. It has become a cherished favorite among my family members, and Nickelodeon has truly outdone themselves with this exceptional production. Every actor involved deserves accolades, particularly the sisters whose portrayal faithfully captures the essence of their animated counterparts. It's disheartening to come across the occasional one-star review, but such detractors are likely mere detractors seeking the demise of exceptional television programming.
