The reality is that unless she has been incapacitated - usually by self- administered alcohol - any woman can make the act of rape as unpleasant an experience for her attacker as he makes it for her. There is of course one big caveat, it is one thing to grab an unarmed combat instructor by the inside of his trouser leg in a simulation, it is quite another to grab a sexual predator by the genitals and squeeze hard when you are under attack, perhaps taken completely unawares.
Nevertheless, there is a lot of sound advice in this video, some of it unpleasant, but no one said rape was a pleasant subject.
