The mom seems like a caring person, a caring person does not act like that after finding out the daughter she thought had died at birth, is alive in front of her.. And she is "supposed" to be smart.... Smart enough to know that it was isles that donated her kidney. So the daughter is being a brat, saying she doesn't want a kidney (the majority of people do not want to die, most would be overly grateful) and the mom basically who seems to LOVE her other daughter would jump at the chance for her to be saved with whoever donated the kidney. Writers seemed lazy on this one... In all the way that could have been better, they pick the easy non believable way to portray that scene
